Find a claim — live status from ACC
or find all of a patient's claims:
Cover status comes straight from ACC and every check is
logged. Until go-live, ACC's side only answers for its compliance test claims — imported details and Recoup
visit counts always show.
Step 1 — load the export file
Export your claims from Submitkit (or ACC) as CSV, then
choose the file or paste its contents. Nothing is imported until you confirm the columns in step 2.
Claims with payments but no claim record
No money is missing — the payments are all loaded. This is just claim numbers on your paid / not-paid imports that have no claim record (injury date, diagnosis, treatment allowance), so they can't be tracked for allowance or expiry. A row marked on file as … means that patient is already imported, just under ACC's other number for the same claim — nothing to do there. The rows worth bringing in are the recent ones with no "on file" tag. Download CSV
Asks ACC for each recent claim (last 12 months) and stores what it returns — cover status, injury date and diagnosis — so they become searchable and trackable without waiting on a fresh SubmitKit export. A claim ACC doesn't recognise is skipped. This runs live against ACC, so it can take a few minutes.
Claims pulled earlier saved ACC's full reply but not the diagnosis. This reads the diagnosis back out of those saved replies and writes it onto the claims — no new ACC calls.
